Healing Minnesota Stories with Rev. Pamela Ngunjiri & Rev. John Bear Jacobs (Session 21)

In 2020 Minnesota Council of Churches adopted a bold initiative to move their member congregations forward in the area of racial justice. Co-Directors Rev. Pamela Ngunjiri and Rev. Jim Bear Jacobs are building a program to include truth-telling and reparations for the African American and Native American communities in Minnesota. They will present their vision on January 18 at TRUE Tuesday’s Session 21.

Hosted by Camille Caster-Cyprian and moderated by Joy Persall, this session is being offered in partnership with the Minnesota Multifaith Network. Joy Persall is a member of MnMN’s board of directors.

The TRUE Partnership is an informal alliance of organizations working to create a learning community for rural Minnesota social justice champions and equity advocates.
