  • Demonstrated skill working cooperatively across cultures and with volunteers
  • Curiosity and creativity and excellent writing skills

Proficiencies:

  • Content creation, editing & design
  • WordPress
  • Social media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Zoom and GoogleMeets meeting management
  • Experience in journalism and/or video editing/production and/or success at grant writing a plus

MnMN is a relatively new organization. At this time, it has a Network Executive and is largely driven by volunteers committed to the mission. It is an exciting time to be part of MnMN as we work together for a more just and loving world. Thus, we are seeking a person who has some experience working with small nonprofit organizations where everyone needs to adapt to whatever needs to be done. There are a variety of communications and data management projects to attend to and we hope to find a consultant who is able to help out as needed and take initiative to suggest better or more effective ways of doing things. The consultant should be able to strike the balance of working independently without a lot of oversight while at the same time taking a collaborative approach in working with the Network Executive and volunteer leadership to determine direction and next steps.

For more information explore our webpage. In particular, we suggest you take a look at the board of directors and the policy adopted by the board that governs much of our behavior.
