Danielle Clausnitzer

Danielle Clausnitzer is currently the Assistant Director at Wisdom Ways Spirituality and regularly speaks on issues of disability and ableism in Minnesota. She is also a Ph.D. Candidate at Georgetown University in Washington, DC where she studies Black spirituality in the American South and African approaches to disability. Danielle grew up in the Twin Cities and recently returned to pursue her passion of studying spirituality. Though she is an atheist, she retains profound ties to various spiritual and religious communities and organizations around the Twin Cities. Her most recent multifatih project is the Emerging Leaders Multifaith Action Committee, which invites young people into conversation and shared service to create meaningful and sustainable multifaith conversation. When she is not working on issues of spirituality, she serves on the Young Professionals Thought Leadership Panel for the Institute for Holocaust Research and Education and enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her two cats and dog.
