Rabbi Ricky Kamil is newer to the Twin Cities but has lived here long enough to call Minnesota home. He was ordained with a Masters of Hebrew Letters from Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati in 2015. Rabbi Ricky also holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Cincinnati. He is a rabbi in the community working in synagogues and other faith communities around organizing for justice. He served as congregational organizer for two years with Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative and finds the most meaning in his role as a rabbi in interfaith settings, building on values we all hold to improve our communities. Rabbi Ricky is married to Rabbi Rebecca Ratner Kamil who is a chaplain in the community and together they have a three-year-old, Matan.
